Crispy Tamarind Sprouts

Ingredients:

Oven

Brussels sprouts 500g

Shallots 200g

Chickpeas 400g tin

Cumin 1 tsp

Coriander 1 tsp

Chilli powder 1 tsp

Vegetable oil 1 tsp

Salt 2 tsp

Dressing

More Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

Tamarind paste 1 tbsp

Brown sugar 1 tbsp

To serve

Flatbreads or naan

Yoghurt

Peanuts


How to make:

Cut the sprouts and shallots in half.

Drain and rinse the chickpeas.

Mix everything from the oven list together and stick in the over for 25 mins.

Then mix together the dressing and throw it all together.
