Spicy Harissa Sprouts

Ingredients:
Oven
Broccoli one head
Brussels sprouts 500g
Halloumi 250g
Harissa 2 tbsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Post-oven
Spinach 150g
Salt a pinch
Lemon juice half a lemon or about 1 tbsp or just vibe it out
To serve
Flatbread
Yoghurt
How to make:
Cut the broccoli into florets and the halloumi into cubes.
Mix all the oven things together and bake for 25 mins.
Once it’s cooked, mix through the spinach, salt, and lemon juice.
Serve with flatbreads and/or yoghurt if you like.
