Eleanor’s Garlic Broccoli

Goes great with: Mashed Potato, Bacon + Onion Quiche

For freezing: freeze before cooking, easy peasy!

Ingredients:

Broccoli

Garlic (granules or crushed cloves)

Salt

Vegetable or sunflower oil

I originally put olive oil but Al told me off because it burns differently


How to make:

Chop up all the broccoli, then absolutely smother in everything else.

Roast for 15 to 20 mins.
